(Doris Justis and Sean McGhee) will celebrate their 30th Anniversary in May 2014.  Doris is planning something to celebrate but will not be able to announce details for awhile!  They were in Maine in May with Dave Rowe at his annual celebration to honor his dad, Tom, of Schooner Fare.  Noted for their close vocal harmonies and guitars backing their original songs and original interpretations of the best folk/acoustic songwriters, they have shared the stage with a "who's who" of folk such as Tom Paxton, Nanci Griffith, the Chad Mitchell Trio, Noel Paul Stookey and Peter Yarrow, Mary Chapin Carpenter, Bill Danoff, Jon Carroll, Schooner Fare, Christine Lavin, the Limeliters and the list goes on.  They have been the "houseband" for Music Americana and WFMA since 1984 and continue that role by performing at the Second Sunday El Golfo Showcase from time to time.

Dean Gitter is an old folkie.  A very old folkie!  Old enough to have sung and swapped songs with Burl Ives, Josh White, Ewan McColl, Peggy Seeger, Bob Gibson, Theo Bikel, Ed McCurdy, Glenn Yarborough, Oscar Brand and a whole bunch of other folk artists who were active in the 50’s and early 60’s.  He discovered Odetta, managed her early career, and produced her first four recordings.  He recorded an album entitled Dean Gitter Sings Ghost Ballads, which is still available on YouTube – possibly because of its Charles Addams ghastly cover.  Then he got a real job and has been otherwise employed for fifty years.  But he never stopped singing and playing, lately on a recently acquired 1920’s Galiano steel-string that he can’t keep his hands off and which sounds like a Hammond Organ!  He has a repertoire of hundreds of songs, many of which have not been heard in public for a long, long time.

is Jacquie Manning and Rich Prezioso.  This Chicago-based duo has been touring on the folk circuit since 1993 and in that time they’ve become sought-after regulars at many clubs, coffeehouses across the U.S.  They have made repeat appearances at major folk festivals, including the Kerrville Folk Festival, the Walnut Valley Folk Festival, and Philadelphia Folk Festival.  They were one of the “most requested” acts at the 1999 Falcon Ridge New Artist Showcase.  Jacquie is also a past winner of the Kerrville New Folk Songwriting Contest.  They call themselves eclecto-maniacs.  They describe their music as “Celtic to Cowboy” and say in has taken them “years of careful indecision” to come up with a mix of music that ranges from country, blues, and swing to Irish, with songwriting that touches on all of those styles and more.  Their four recordings, Alive!, Waltz of the Wallflowers, Time Flies, and Raw cover all these styles.  They both sing, they both play guitars and an array of other instruments.  They even yodel.
