The Brothers Four

Photo of the Brothers Four

finished up the first half with a set that began with Jesse Fuller's "San Francisco Bay Blues" and a medley of songs including "Yellow Bird," "Sloop John B," "Mary Anne" and "Jamaica Farewell."  They followed that with "Whiskey in the Jar," one of their biggest hits: "Greenfields" and Steve Goodman's "City of New Orleans."  Feeling that one good train song deserved four more, they brought the first half of the show to an exciting finish with a medley of "Blue Water Line," "Wabash Cannonball," "This Train" and "Rock Island Line."
