Every once in a while an artist peeks into the scene and makes everyone take notice...

Elizabeth Perez is a newcomer to the Baltimore/Washington music scene, but in just a few short months she has shown the public that her beautiful voice and well-crafted songs are worthy of a listen. Her music is beautiful, honest, and it touches the heart.

She has appeared at the Folkal Point, Music Americana Showcases and at other World Folk Music Association events. She recently returned from Nashville where she just finished recording her first CD, which should be out by the end of the year. Her songs address social concerns while her approach is a fun one.
